From the very beginning I was very happy with my project as it is about something I am very passionate about. Out of all games I've always found valorant one of the most interesting. Discussing about the game in an article in academic way was like dream coming true. It was like me having the opportunity to show both my writing and gaming skills together at single platform. Talking about project, I have given my best so far, yes there were some limitations like due to flipbook, I wasn't able to add few gameplay clips on which I did spent a lot of time. As according to me , it would have impacted the whole article in very positive manner. But, the overall experience was great as it helped me a lot in my academic writing especially working on website was way too much fun. As it was a new thing to me. Making blogs and talking about every single detail was a little tough but again very enjoyable as well. In the future I will definitely be writing some more articles related to gami

 I added pics resembling with the text of article and according to the nature of paragraph. Then I saved it as pdf format as to convert it into flipbook I was using YUMPU, and it requires files in PDF format. I converted it into YUMPU flipbook by uploading it on the file upload section. My flipbook was created. Then I copied its embedded link. And then pasted it on my website's Gallery page. I added a sub page to my gallery named Valorant Review in which i copied this embedded link. So my flipbook was in my gallery page. To finalize it i just added a summary and title of my project above the flipbook and that's how the final gallery page looks like.

 After creating UX Testing and gaining responses, i will be updating my website a little bit accordingly. I was told to change my ABOUT ME in more formal language than before so i will be doing that. At first I did a little bit of critical analysis by myself and then later on with the help of my teacher Ms. Milandeep I was able to make my bio more formal and academic. These were the changes I did in my About me page. I completed my UX testing by bringing the changes necessary.

 For UX Testing and Feedback we created google forms. You can find the link of my form to review on this link: UX Testing And Feedback . It consists of various questions regarding efficiency, user friendliness, mobile view and opinions on each page i.e., contact and gallery page i added on my website. This review will be very helpful for me to improve my website overall. I asked my class mates to fill my form accordingly and I will do the same by reviewing their website and filling their forms. I will not share all of the responses as most of them were good, mainly due to we did all of our website stuff under the supervision of our qualified tutors. But, i would like to share the point of one of my fellow who analyzed my academic writing a little bit. The comment as it states that i should be using more formal language in my About me page of website, so my next post will be about that and changing it a little based on the response.

 After proof reading i started writing it on word document and to add some of the valorant clips of the you tubers I selected during research and some of my own i started editing them. .

 For further and final research of my project, i started looking for the best valorant clips from one of the content creators i watch frequently. The purpose was to select one of the clips for my article to show the audience what is the game play of valorant. I found a video on you tube channel of  "MEZY" named The Art of Aimbot: ScreaM . I might take the clips from it as it's the video which shows gameplay and skill within the game precisely. So, I will not be posting the whole video but definitely taking best bits of it to upload on my article. Link of the full video is given below: You tube

 For further research i continued reviewing gameinformer website. I continued with this website because their content is highly liked by the audience and is actually written very well, moreover this the only website which has more than almost 18 articles on valorant , the same game I am writing article on. Thus, it was of great help. Reading this website helped me in a lot of ways. I was trying to talk about a lot of aspects mention over here in my article as well but wasn't able to find correct academic vocab for it. So, while reading it I got an idea of how to share those aspects maintaining the academic boundaries. They also added the valorant trailer in their article as they were introducing the game which gave me an idea, I can also add some of the clips from you tube as well avoiding copyright. So, with the help of the rough points I showed in previous project development post and the research I did for my article, I started writing the article. When it comes to writing a script or an article i am more comfortable with a pen and page instead of just on word in front of screen. Its just my thing as its like the screen just blocks my thought process. So for the first draft i wrote it on the register of about 5 to 6 pages. The whole article on the register was organized and suppose to be final article for proof read.

 For further research i viewed "Gameinformer" website. I decided to research it because they also review games and have quite a large audience reading them, out of all games i chose COD: modern warfare 2 , mostly because it was one of those games i've played from the collection and also it is of of those games which has multiplayer and story mode both. I was about to start the cons part of my article so this research did helped me a lot with it as it was showing the negative aspect of COD. However i didn't like the part where he started his review quite weirdly by saying it a very unpleasant game. As in my opinion every game has positive and negative aspects both so its better to share both of them in your review.  So for the new website i copied the same about me as of previous one with just some minor changes. Me, My-self and I My name is Daniyal Aamir, I live in Leicester and I am basically from Pakistan. I am a student at DMU university. Back in my homeland I was one of the best valorant and 8 ball pool professional player of my region, the clips of which are available on my YouTube channel "dhani bro" go and give it a subscribe as well :)  Progression Route So being a writer and  gamer at the same time is not a fun thing, as you want to play games all the time. So, when I was told I have to write an article on some topic, I decided it to be about the game I play the most " Valorant ".  So, I wasn't totally satisfied from my website look so I asked my class fellows and the teacher. They were also of the view that website doesn't looks professional and needs some editing. So i decided to do it again and for that i created a new website with one of the default templates this time. After selecting this template, I started editing it a little bit according to my choice. I changed the top left    "Nicol Rider" to "Daniyal The Writer" After that I copied my previous "About me" and pasted it with just a little bit of editing on the new website's "About me". The font size of paragraphs is 26 and the Font name is "Avenir Light". The font size of headings is 40 and Font name is "Neuzeit Grotesk". I also added a little bit of animations to the text as well.  So, to begin I just created some bullet points roughly while maintaining the sequence in which I will start writing my article. These bullets point will help me figure what and how I will be starting a particular feature of the game which I am about to review and what sequence will the reader find him/her-self comfortable in.So basically the concept of making this rough mind map was to make sure the ideas are saved and organized enough to help me while working on my project later on. I added a point to discuss why i am choosing this game for a review, the development of the game from the basic, how was the early access{ beta version} and how much it was appreciated and how many changes were made.The format of the game, the agents and map info, the articles research I did for the project and the game progression with time. I also added the point where i will be discussing the benefits and drawbacks of the game.

 Here i will demonstrate how i essentially created a flipbook using the Flipsnack website. The main idea here is that i was testing this online software to see how this could be used on my Wix website. I chose to create a simple magazine with a couple of screenshots which i took while creating my website. So, initially i converted the screenshots from JPG to PDf format to make them effeciently upload on flipsnack. The process for this was simply to search jpg2pdf.com on google and upload files overthere and the site will do the rest. i then saved them on my desktop as a combine folder. Then i opened flipsnack website, logged in with my university mail. The welcome screen appears.  On this screen there is an option  upload pdf  , I uploaded the folder saved on desktop. I pressed next button. And the final result was infront of me. As i am creating my own website i will study two websites and compare and contrast these. This research and study will help me in understanding how to manage my own website and make it reach that academic level that is required. Thus, i will consider the overall colors, backgrounds, design, navigation, typography, user-friendliness and mobile view. I will be looking at Destructoid and GamesRadar + as the content of these two artists is almost similar to mine. I will be looking at them in more depth as part of my research. I will begin by looking at Destructoid's website. Below you can view the homepage: Homepage as we can see is quite good, has a lot of options in the navigation bar containing almost all the options related to gaming. Search button is visible and easy to access. As destructoid is a huge organization with large number of gaming experts, therefore reviews of different games can be found written by the pro writers of those specific games.  So, to create a website I searched wix.com on google. Then I pressed Get  Started  option.  I continued with my google mail of university and I was introduced to my dashboard of my website. Then I went to edit site added navigation bar in which home, contact, about and projects options are available. to add these options in navigation bar I simply went to the left side of my screen and their 3rd option says pages and menu, I clicked it, and a slide opens, in that slide at the bottom there is an option as "Add Page". Pressed it and added all of the options in navigation bar.  Afterwards I had to work on those options, So, I started with filling in "About" in which I told a lil bit about myself and then what my website is going to be about. Then I changed the text size to 24 ppi for my-self and 20 ppi for a progression route and 16 for contacts, and the ppi for all the headings was 38.  So, in this week I've been researching a lot of game reviewers such as Drop-In-Gaming, Angry Joe and Gameinformer. It helped me a lot to have know-how of how the articles are supposed to be composed. Where to start from, what info goes at the end what should be in the body, to sum up how to put right info at right place. Two of my favorite articles are given below and i will discuss about one of them briefly over here. So, while researching Drop-in Gaming i found an article about valorant tournaments, so i decided to read it as this is the same topic i will be discussing in my final project.  While research i actually did learn a lot about how i will discuss about the tournament of valo in tournament sector of my own article. However I might not add the timeline bar as i will be discussing tournaments of the game overall not of some specific year. It also looked a little too short for an article to me but again maybe its because he was describing only one aspect of the game not th

 Find my project plan here. I will complete each task in a particular week and will explain the tasks comprehensively in project posts. I've 5 weeks so I've planned my tasks according to that. 1) I will be researching some of the famous game reviewers to have an idea about how to write an article up to academic level and to learn the way articles of games are organized. 2) I will start by making some rough notes of the project major points and sequence in which I will be writing it in. 3) Then the agent, map, and gun skins will be discussed briefly in the article. For that I will be doing research on Valorant official website. 4)  I will be writing about the updates, game tactics and the gameplay of valorant very precisely by reviewing valorant pro players. 5)  At last, the success journey of the game and logical criticizing will be involved to sum up and bring the article to an end.

 I have now completed my project sign off for my final project. Below is the piece of work of one of my favorite game reviewer dig also known as Drop-In-Gaming. I will be watching his and some other artist's work as well for help and to reach the academic level required, as my own work is going to have the same content as of them.  So, in my media project I will do a article in which I will be reviewing the game I play. This game is mostly for youth, but adults also play it, in quite a large amount. So, to review it I will be watching YouTube clips of some of my favorite content creators of this game which includes Shroud, OPTC YAY and NRG Som. I will be discussing the positive aspects of the game to motivate youngsters to play it because it is quite fun to play in leisure time and it is free on google. Then I will be discussing the negative aspects of the game, by researching some of the critics of the game as well. For reviewing the videos, I will be using the YouTube app. For writing my article I will be using word in the beginning and then finalizing it on blip.

 To catch up with MS. Singh's class, I am doing a simple and easy sequential photography. I worked with Charlie on this for just a quick example. I began by using images using these settings with my iPhone, ISO 160, focal length of 26mm and f1.5. It's a sequence about a man eating a candy and really enjoying the taste of it. Afterwards, I moved my photos into the computer. Then on Photoshop, I clicked on a new file, made a document sized A4, then pressed on File, Automate and then sequential image. After that I downloaded the file as PNG format and uploaded it over here.

    My Milanote  : So, in my milanote I've discussed about the game Valorant, which is a FPS game on PC. I've discussed all the details about the game from the beginning of its publishment to how it has evolved with time. Also, I've mentioned some of my favourite agents and maps.
